My wife is extremely happy Only downside is no weather tech or similar mats included. All of my car purchases of premium vehicles comes with weather tech or similar mats included by the OEM or by the dealership at no extra cost.

After my oil was changed and I paid for services I was given keys to my vehicle. I went to my car and found the contents of my glove compartment all on the passenger seat and wondered why the items were there so I proceeded to place them back and noticed that when I opened the glove compartment there was a part detached inside. I couldn't put it back together. I went back inside and asked the representative to come and look and see if can fix this he could not. He ended taking the car back inside to have them reattach this piece back. My disappointment with this whole ordeal is them giving me the car in this manner. All the contents in the glove compartment were all disorganized and placed on the passenger seat with the item detached inside the glove compartment without being fixed. They did not say a word and gave me my car in this condition. Not good at all.

Dealership had my car for five days just to tell me that the part is on backorder. That if I want to pay for the part now it’d be $425 but it might be a year or two before the part comes in. Never actually told me what was wrong with my vehicle. Very unfortunate as I drove 40 miles past several other GMC dealerships to go to this one as this is where I bought it.

Service writer was pleasant, had the oil changed wait wasn't bad. The thing I was dissatisfied with was that I didn't get an inspection report I like to see how the brakes and tires are holding up. I asked for one and was told the computer wasn't working properly and one would be emailed to me. I haven't received anything yet.

I had a 0845 appointment to which I arrived at 0830. I checked in and did not hear from anyone until three hours later when I went to the service desk to check on the status of my vehicle. I was told that they were downloading some updates to see if that would resolve the issue. At this point no diagnostic had been performed (which I paid for). I was informed that I would have to pay for another diagnostic in which the problem was found. My warranty company would not pay for one of the diagnostics. Throughout this entire process there was terrible communication between the service department and myself as to the status of my vehicle.

I came in for an oil change which was fine. I also asked if someone could put my spare back under the car since I was unable to do it because I only have one hand. I was told that the spare could not be put back because I was missing the bar that bolts the spare underneath the mounting harness (this is what the service advisor told me that the service tech said). I wasn't sure what he was talking about and advised that I didn't take the spare down so I couldn't say for sure what was missing and where to find it. I subsequently went back to the shop that actually put the spare on my car to advise that the "bar" which I was told was missing and asked if they had it laying around. The owner of the shop advised that they didn't take or leave anything off and said that he uses his own tools to lower the spare as he doesn't have time to look for any of the customers tools in their vehicle. I went on to explain that I had just left the dealership and the service advisor was trying to explain to me that what was missing was the part that holds the spare up and not the rod that is used to lower it. He then took me to my vehicle to show me that that part was still intact. I was a bit puzzled as to why I was told that something was missing when it wasn't. I could only conclude that the service tech just didn't want to do it. Now I have to question other issues that I have had in the past that weren't resolved either with this vehicle or the previous vehicle that I used to bring there for service. Needless to say, I don't think I will be bringing my car back to Circle Buick GMC as I no longer have confidence that their repair guys are doing what needs to be done.

I was in the waiting room for over three hours! I had a scheduled appointment for 12:45, but they allowed the technician to take a lunch break instead of starting on my car at the scheduled time. My husband called wondering what was taking so long since after two hours of waiting no one came to give me an update! This was such a waste of my time!!! I then waited over an hour for the service people to finally look at my car and realize they don’t even have the part to fix it! I am not pleased. This was my husband's car snd he was sick. We did not want to inconvenience the dealership by rescheduling which is why I brought it in! I am very displeased. Maria as somewhat appologized as I left and I certainly hope she does a better job of keeping customers updated in the future. The man working with her(red hair) I believe just made a bunch of excuses to why everyone was coming after me and leaving before me in a rather rude manner instead of being empathetic. The dealership also could have offered to drive me home since they intentionally were not adhering to my appointment time. As you can see I’m very dissatisfied with the lack of service I received.

Created an appointment via the app for 8am 5/10/25. I arrived to the dealership at 7:50am. When attempting to check in I was told that the appointment scheduled and confirmed via text was not an actual appointment. My time was wasted I was “compensated” just by someone placing a credit towards my oil change. No accountability obviously taken to rectify the actual issue the app still allows for appointments just to waste the next person’s time and gas. Knowing that the application is not accurate and still sending out appointment confirmations is disappointing and I strongly feel that I should have gone with a different vehicle maker where my time and money are valued more.

From the time of my entrance the customer service was horrible. Please allow me to share , My appointment was at 4 but I was able to get there early arrived at 3:00 p.m. on yesterday afternoon. When I walked in there were two people at the desk one male name Thomas and another young lady . Now the young lady was on the phone but she was quiet ,so I was thinking she was on hold . The male never acknowledged that I was there , The young lady never communicated with me with a signal that she would be right with me . I lead customer service at my job and I have been doing it for 15 years I know proper protocol with customers. Finally after standing there for 5 minutes another lady came from the back Maria and finally acknowledged me. At that time I asked for the service manager, he came out his office nonchalantly as I explained to him that I wasn't acknowledged . I will make appointments in Valparaiso or Merrillville Indiana GMC next time . I will not return to that dealership . I felt very frustrated while I was there Maria and a older lady on a cane was the only two that made the time spent worth while . The service manager brushed me off like it was nothing maybe that is the culture at GMC in Highland . Thank you

It was absolutely an amazing experience. I had been looking for a car for 2 months and was tired of all of the haggling and being sold on everything. I came in on a Friday afternoon to view a car, I only had 1 hour to look before I had to head out to the airport to pick up a family member. This is when I encountered Bryan Druktenis. He was absolutely amazing, he showed me a couple of vehicles, explained what the differences in each model was. I expressed my interest in an Envista and Bryan made the process of buying the vehicle so painless. I told him I only had an hour before I had to leave, he made sure to provide me the best price possible (price was lower than other dealerships I had visited for same vehicle). This was the fastest and most efficient car purchase that I have ever had. Bryan went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly, that everything was explained to me. This was an overall amazing experience.

I ordered a tow cover that was missing and I only received the cap and not the chrome piece. Since I’ve bought the car I had another incident where a piece went missing from the back window (chrome molding) I’m never called when the parts come in! I have to call and find out the part is already in. Pieces are never available so it’s weeks before they come in now that the chrome piece for tow cover is on back order and should’ve been ordered WITH the tow cap I need to wait Again! Car is never washed for ridiculous reasons, appointments to get the car in when the parts come in is another wait cause that staff is limited. I’m starting to think I made a mistake with going to a Buick.

I brought my car in because engine light on. Then I added an oil change because you offered a special. My car was there at 10 am. At 11:30 they left a message that they heard hissing sound. Mechanic now went to lunch would test it when he returned. At 2:30 I called for a status they were doing the oil change service. That should have been done secondary to my engine light issue. Tech: GR. Followed code for large evap leak. But did not have time to run further tests. I picked up vehicle at 4:00 pm. I would think that since my appointment was for the Evap problem and my APPOINTMENT was for 10:15 am somewhere between 10 am and 4 pm they should have had an answer. Yes I needed my vehicle I drove from Valparaiso to your dealership for a very disappointing visit. MY PROBLEM WAS NOT DEALT WITH.

I made an appointment for service because car was making a rattling sound. I waited almost 3 n no outcome, so much for an appointment. I was getting tired n hungry so I had an uber bring me home, $12 spends. It took your Tech. 5 hours before I was told the outcome $3,800 repair, check your records. I went over to Enterprise to rent a car as I need one for work $40 rental fee. Left my car overnight with a full tank of gas. Next day I picked up n noticed my tank was a quarter full. Nevertheless I took my car for a second opinion. Not sure why your Tech service was misleading. The only problem with my car was low oil. Had them change only at $100. There is no rattling sound. In the past I have taken my car for service and have being satisfy. But why I was $3M mislead is beyond me. Will not be getting service again at Buick. Will warn others to be mighty careful with misleading diagnose service at your Buick!

Did not have to wait too long for oil change, tire rotation and new battery. HOWEVER, when I found out I had to pay a 3% charge to use my credit card, I almost went into shock. I do not carry my checkbook around and enough cash for a $300+ bill. Also, the lady with the bill came out and read what they had done. One of the items said "Oil seepage around and above the Oil Pan". I would have thought a mechanic would have come out to explain what, if anything, I should do or watch out for. Dealer loyalty just went out the window. I will now take my "older" car to one of the 3 REPUTABLE franchises to get routine work and more done now.

did not work on my car for the time of my appointment. did not contact me till 3:30pm saying that were sorry they were not able to start on my car. Also when they did work on car , the next day none of my complaints were fixed. My brakes are still squeaking in the morning, maybe they should have replaced the brake pads. ?? I was thinking they could have done more research on why when reversing the car will just stop. Not sure what could be done for my cruise control, it was slowing down hard when there was no car in front of us. Did that more then once. Please have a service manager contact me with better information thank-you

I had to have my windshield replaced because of a crack from a rock hitting it while driving on the expressway. I contacted Circle Dealership in Highland, IN and Matt in the parts department was extremely helpful. Circle outsources to an Auto Glass Company in Lake Station, IN. Although I was told it would be about 2 weeks for delivery, it took less than 1 week! I was happy about that. I wanted my windshield to be a OEM and Matt confirmed it would be. I was also really appreciative that the Glass Installers saved my City Sticker too where I didn't have to purchase a new one! Well done!

Appreciate Circle being willing/able to take care of my tire repair. However, I requested that the tire pressure be set at 38psi. I knew cold weather was approaching. My other 3 tires were already set at 38psi. Instead, the technician set ALL of my tires at 35psi. Now because of the cold weather ALL my tires registered at 32psi. I’m not pleased having my request ignored. I’m not pleased with having to inflate ALL 4 tires in the cold!

I called to make an appointment for a service “ESC” alert that kept coming on my dash. I was told I could have an appointment 2 weeks out. I was also informed that I could drop my vehicle off but I could not get a loaner, due to being a small dealership and no availability. Upon arriving at my scheduled time, I was told I would be responsible for diagnostic fees if extended warranty didn’t cover cost of what the issue was. The technician didn’t find anything wrong with my vehicle other than low battery. Tech charged my battery and recommended I replace it. I said no because of price. When I went to cashier, I was asked how I would be paying for services. When I said credit card, I was told there would be an additional 3% charge for processing. Nowhere was there a sign posted stating customer would be charged an extra fee for using credit card.

It now costs over $100 for an oil change? Used to be well under $100. Asked for tires to get rotated, they did then sent me a picture of unsafe tires and recommended I buy new ones. The tires were low on pressure, you think someone would have at least picked up an air hose and brought them up to the right pressure. When paying at the end cashier said there is a 3% charge for credit cards, I told her mine was a debit card, she said it was still getting charged. Why are they trying to tax me for using my debit card when your not paying fees on this transaction??? Ridiculous, cashier didn't even know how to respond, all she said was it's our policy!!! What to make people pay a fee for using their debit card. It's like there is no more "customer" in customer service there anymore. But someone was quick to give me a tire quote that was insanely inflated. Tsk, tsk

I had brand new tires a couple months ago. I went in for oil change yesterday and I still was charged the full price for oil change and tire rotation even though they didn’t rotate the tire. I feel that was not right as long as I have been bringing my car there since 2021, which show them that I am a valued customer that I believe in them taking care of my car needs I should’ve been given a break plus it’s the holiday and not only that I have bought two other Buick enclave’s from them and a Chevy Impala and still brought my cars there for service.
