I got a new vehicle in April and I am having to come too much to maintenance for repairs on things that are braking apart. Besides coming, mostly every time dealing with people that is not considerate to my situation frustrates me even more. Your online scheduler doesn’t work as it is supposed to, I don’t need the maintenance manager to remind me that he is not a computer. So disrespectful!
