It went well, didn't take them long at all, they told me when I booked it it was going to be 59..95 and was a little bit disappointed as every new car I have boughten has either had a full year for free oil changes and a full year of free car washes and when I went to check out they did not charge me, so that was a nice surprise.
We appreciate your feedback! I do apologize for the miscommunication. Yes, when you purchase a new Buick vehicle, you get 1 free oil change through GM and 2 bonus oil changes for you purchasing a new Buick vehicle. Our car washes are complimentary to all of our customers, you are welcomed to walk in at any time Mon-Fri 7 am-7 pm or Sat 8 am-3 pm and one of our Service Advisors will be able to assist you.

I made an appointment to have the oil change, they call me to confirm, I showed up, they got some information, an in 45 minutes my car was done , they did the oil change and rotated my tires, it was fast, and I still had plenty of time to make it to work, also when I went to look at a SUV that I seen on there internet site, I call they said they had it, I went talked to joe, traded my car for the suv, I'm happy with the deal and it was fast I was out of there with my new car in 1 hour and 30 minutes, when they told me about how it would be I said yea right, this has been the forth car I have purchased from a dealer and every time it has been 5 to six hours going back and forth with them, but at this dealership man no hassle, my sales person was cool as hell, and I still made it to work on time, if I ever trade this SUV in I would go back to them in a heart beat.
I had to bring my car in twice in 2 weeks for the same issue. For the first service call they said it was a sensor, and I was charged $499 for the service, which included an oil change. Exact issue came up a week later, I was advised that it was a fuel pump and that they could not determine the issue the first time because it was intermittent. If that was the case, then how did they determine it was a sensor the first time. The 2nd service call was $895, which I feel was totally unfair since it was misdiagnosed the first time. The first visit they had my car 3 days before they looked at it. The 2nd time I had it towed there on a Wednesday, they did not get to it til the following Wednesday even though I had a scheduled appointment after I saw that it was still acting up on that Monday. Totally disappointed in the service I received. My car is ok so far, but I truly feel overcharged because they missed it the first time.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback on your last service visit here. I looked into your file and found that your 1st visit was for a Check Engine Light in which we found code P0191 (Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor). When the vehicle came in the 2nd time, it was very apparent that the oil in the vehicle was full of gas. Our technician found that your High Pressure Fuel Pump was intermittently over fueling. This was not apparent/ occurring your first visit making it non-diagnosable. However, that does not take away from your vehicle needing both repairs. I know that it can be very frustrating having to bring a vehicle back into service so close together. I do see that the Advisor discounted the second repair for you. If you are experiencing any other issues, please feel free to contact myself directly at 219-865-4500 ex. 324.
Your complete satisfaction and business is extremely important to me.
