The entire crew at the dealership was professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle that we purchased. Robert Tyree went above and beyond in giving his assistance and expertise in making sure that we understood all aspects of the vehicle and available services that we could receive.
Never received a call telling me what service was needed. I had to make the call. They said they tried twice to call and it went to voicemail. I saw no record. After my call then they started service. I asked for an evaluation of tire tread wear but there was no notice of that on the final invoice. Everything else was as requested.
developed an engine problem that was thought to be minor after service dept informed me of more serious problem advised what was needed as far as parts and time of repair. Today my truck runs just like the day I drove it brand new if not better.
Bryan Druktenis was very patient in explaining all details of our transaction. This would include financing options, car amenities and then a very detailed presentation of how to use the features in the car. He also helped to set up our phone and music. He showed the details of the apple phone feature which was fabulous. Darren the financing manager was also very helpful during our process. It was quick and easy. Last, Wayne Druktenis was there to help us choose the perfect car. Overall a very positive experience and we have already recommended Circle to several people who have made comments on our new car.

Bryan was excellent and the process was very smooth. An initial snafu occurred with the interest rate which was immediately handled and we were able to move through everything quickly. Very happy with our experience!
I had an appointment for a simple software update to my radio and I was there for a little over 4 hours while 3 other customers with actual mechanical repairs came in after me but left no less than a hour before me. This is the third time my wife and I had an appointment but still had to wait hours for things as simple as an oil change.
