I got a new vehicle in April and I am having to come too much to maintenance for repairs on things that are braking apart. Besides coming, mostly every time dealing with people that is not considerate to my situation frustrates me even more. Your online scheduler doesn’t work as it is supposed to, I don’t need the maintenance manager to remind me that he is not a computer. So disrespectful!

The sales and finance team are very courteous and efficient. Having an idea of what I like, they had a few vehicles set out and financing options available. I had the car I wanted and was in and out of the dealer in a short time.
Pleasant staff, appointment kept as promised, good explanation of service, clean and comfortable waiting area with tables and data ports for use of computer while waiting. Appreciate the hospitality of coffee and bottled water.

The people at the dealership were nice, but this was the third time that I brought my suv in for the same issue which is the engine light being on. It makes me think that this vehicle is a lemon. I am getting really frustrated.
