I just purchased my second truck from circle Gmc. Kathy woods my sales woman did a great job along with the managers and finance department. Kathy got me a fair price on my trade in and a great deal on a new truck. I couldn’t ask for more.
The buying experience was horrible. There were problems with the vehicle and we were blamed rather than them looking into the problem, such as front tire with low tire pressure. They accused us for possibly running over a nail, however was discovered to be a bad valve stem causing the leak in the tire. The blindspot detector on the passenger side was not working. Continued to be told that their computer was not reading a code for the detector and was told it was working but it was not. Had to return the vehicle after being told that it was fixed. Needed the part ordered so picked up the vehicle to be called when the part comes in and was told the battery was dead. Was promised a new battery but refused saying they charged the battery instead. Their paperwork read mileage of 27 more miles than what we had when we dropped it off. Of course we were met with argument. It was later determined that their computer misread the mileage due to the bad battery. I have never been more frustrated about a purchase. The vehicle was poorly detailed as well. I purchased the vehicle a week ago and have had it in my possession for only one day. They refused to honor the 3 day/150 mile exchange for another certified vehicle due to it being purchased a week ago, even though it has been in their possession six out of the seven days. We were never compensated for all the problems we have dealt with in this vehicle.
