Kathy, James and Dustin were great. As difficult as it was to to wait for GM to ship our vehicle (nearly 4 weeks) and get nit through Quality Control (?) they explained that the holidays probably played a role. James expedited the process by having his dealership go to Chicago Heights (?) and pick up the car. Thanks to all at Circle Buick GMC for their attention. Service was horrible. I had a 330 appointment for a regular oil change and I arrived on time but didn't leave until after 530 pm. There were two other customers came in for oil charges after 4 pm but both were finished and gone before I was. I had to ask what was taking so long and was given a vague answer about problems they were experiencing with another customer vehicle.
