Joe was excellent, he listened, was patient, and did his best to provide me with what I wanted. I appreciate that Joe took the time to show me how the vehicle works, and he was not rude, disrespectful, or overbearing like some car dealers.

It was great. But I think with me had to put out some money ($130.00) in only after only having the truck for about 3 months. I think they could have as at least offer a discount or something. This is why I don't like big dealerships. I feel like its always about the money and don't take is consideration of the customer. But I do have to say that Jewel the landy that i spoke with over was nice and did her job.

Everything went well, the wait was a little longer than expected. Also, I had a loaner and I called one evening to check on it, they said probably tomorrow it would be done. The next morning when I was almost to work, they called and said it was done the night before. If they would have told me the night before, I would have made arrangements to drop of the car in the morning before work and not have to use my lunch hour to go and get my vehicle because I already had a commitment for after work.
We had an oil change and tire rotation on our 2016 Buick lacrosse. My wife and I went around the block and had dinner. They called when it was done. It doesn’t get any easier! Plus they washed the car. Thank you for your service!
I purchased a brand new 2018 Terrain from Circle in March. Since then, it's had a ruptured transmission seal in May, and stopped on me twice in October in the middle of an intersection both times. I don't understand how a brand new car goes through 3 starters in 7 months, two of those within 3 weeks. The first time it stopped there was no loaner vehicle available and the dealership refused to take care of the towing fees associated with this car. I had to ask for a manager in order for them to cover a rental. I'm disappointed with GM service, overall, and after I've purchased 3 vehicles from Circle, I will definitely take my business elsewhere next time.
