when out driving my 2017 GMC Canyon the instrument panel quit working i was close to your dealership and drove straight there left truck running and showed service man about instrument's not working. He took the truck right away and after a couple hours told me a part had to be ordered should be in couple days he would call and schedule appt. to fix. After about a week i called service dept. to see what happened to part and scheduling. Was told oh yeah part is in schedule for Friday to put in had loaner for me to use everything was going ok. Got called about 3 hrs later truck done, went to pick up didn't even get out of lot same thing happened. They took truck back in said needed a while to find out what happened. So went home got call later they wanted to keep overnight to make sure everything worked ok, picked truck up Sat. morn everything seems fine. Time will tell.
The reason for 3 stars is lack of communication for part order they told me 1-2 days i had to call week later, truck fixed didn't get out of lot had to give it back, true i had a loaner to take care of any business i had but still not like having your own vehicle.
