My repair issue started in March. A part was ordered and I figured it was taking awhile to come in since it was an older car that is no longer manufactured. I called to check if the part was in once and they said not yet but no investigation was done as to why. Finally one day I stopped in to inquire. The service manager took action and thd part was reordered and arrived in 2 days! It was installed quicklyand all went well. But who dropped the ball in the parts deparment?
