Mike did a great job helping me out. He quickly determined the problem and gave me an estimate of cost and time. He also was able to schedule the repair immediately. Brian was able to get me a ride home during the repair time so that I did not have to wait at the dealership.
Brought my car in for dupont service and bumper issue. The side of the bumper that was issue there is a scratch that wasnt there before. (I picked my car up at night). When my boyfriend called them to tell them about the scratch (it looks like it was covered by the dupont service hard to see) they said in short you drove away too bad. Its on the side where the bumper was fixed?
They aren't bad, but the '17 GMC Sierra Denali I purchased in Dec of 2016 is a POS. Since my last visit to Circle, I have purchased a new F150 Lariat and expect to receive it this Thursday. Never again will I purchase another GM product after this experience. Even after I received my truck back this last time when it allegedly had 3 bad tires and a bent rim, the truck still shakes/wobbles down the road, but they said its fine.
I went to Circle for a recall on the engine in my Terrain after being treated poorly at the dealer I purchased the vehicle from. Although the recall process had to be started all over because of the way the other dealer told me the process worked, they treated me with extreme respect and re-started the process. The other dealer didn't even have the records in the computer. I will continue to go back to Circle for as long as I own the vehicle.
